Fire rating – UL94
As per the criteria of UL94 horizontal burn test this has been classified as HB, which is an equivalent of BS EN 60695-11-10:- Part 11-10: Test flames — 50 W horizontal and vertical flame test methods.
Fire inhibitors otherwise known as fire retardants are not added to the blend. The use of such additives would prevent the material from melting when exposed to high temperatures*, therefore, making it a non-recyclable material. All products are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable. *Industrial melt.

Warranty
Subject as stated below, the manufacturer warrants to its Customer that its profiles have a durability life of up to 25 years from the date of delivery.
Expressly excluded from this warranty are the following:
- Degradation caused by chemical contamination.
- Physical damage, thermal expansion, or other failures due to severe and/or fluctuating temperatures.
- Discolouration of brown profiles.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear or by the conduct of the Customer and/or any third parties (including incorrect positioning, assembly, improper use or other failures to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and conditions of use for the relevant profiles). This warranty does not apply to applications assembled from profiles such as furniture or other items but only to the component profiles.
In the event, there is a breach of this warranty which is accepted by the manufacturer the only liability of the manufacturer shall be to supply replacement profiles. The manufacturer shall not be liable to refund the purchase price or to give compensation for any other loss or consequential claim.
