Councils Using Our Eco Stations & Working With Us
The stations have benefited the councils not only with the reduction in dog fouling but it also brings co-operation between us as a council and the individual town councils and volunteer groups as they often take delivery of the bags and refill the stations as and when needed.
Dover District Council
This is a great opportunity to work with communities and businesses to keep our district clean and safe for everyone, and to continue to encourage more people to take responsibility for cleaning-up after their pets.
Uckfield Town Council
This initiative encourages the thousands of dog owners across Uckfield to take responsibility for cleaning up after their pets when cut short with missing bags. Since the initial installation of the TiksPac stations, now provided by Eco Green Communities, we have seen a reduction in dog fouling within those locations.
Swale Borough Council
Between 2017-2020, We have seen a 30% reduction in reported dog fouling cases.
Brackley Town Council
The stations were put in place to try and help with a problem we had in Brackley Town with dog fouling. We were looking for something that would help with the problem, which was easy to use and operate without a huge cost.
Eco Green Communities
A survey of the councils we’re working with has shown that where stations are installed there’s an average decrease in dog fouling complaints of almost 50%, and a 57% decrease in overall littering in the same areas. That has to be a positive result.
